The Role We are searching for an Sales Executive to join our dynamic U.S. Sales Team. This role will focus on driving sales growth and building new relationships with brands and agencies throughout Texas and adjacent markets.

The ideal candidate is highly driven, self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about programmatic advertising. You will build a book of business by collaborating closely with a talented team of programmatic trading experts, client service managers, and research professionals.

Job Responsibilities :

Your tasks will include but not be limited to :

Proactively identify and connect with agencies and brand prospects.

Demonstrate the value of media activation with Azerion to marketers.

Secure new client relationships throughout your region.

Effectively manage communication internally and externally.

Internal Collaboration :

Collaborate with teams across regions and departments to develop and implement account strategies.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to grow client partnerships.

Work hand in hand with all departments to delight clients by exceeding their expectations.

Key Requirements :

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Strategic thinker capable of identifying and addressing business needs through Azerions Infinity Platform.

Team-oriented with a strong desire to succeed together.

2-3+ years of industry experience in advertising preferred.

Alignment with Azerions core values.

Enthusiasm to grow with a scaling organization.

Ability to travel periodically to meet business needs.
