Your Day-to-Day Impact
You’ll play a vital role in our maintenance team, tackling essential tasks that ensure equipment stays in top shape by :
- Performing daily rounds and documenting equipment status
- Tackling mechanical delays and executing repairs across the mill
- Driving down maintenance costs through smart, proactive work
- Scanning and tracking all parts used from inventory during your shift
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives (CIT, MADE, RCA, CAPEX)
- Advancing through our Skill-Based Pay Curriculum to grow your career
- Maximizing wrench time and work effectiveness with strong competencies
What You Bring
We’re looking for candidates who are mechanically sharp, safety-focused, and ready to roll up their sleeves :
Preferred : Associate degree in Mechanical Technology or Journeyman Millwright / Machine Repairman cardMinimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experienceStrong mechanical troubleshooting skills : Power Transmission, Hydraulics, PneumaticsAbility to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying temperaturesPositive attitude toward teamwork, safety, and qualityExcellent attendance and reliabilityWillingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as neededMust pass a mechanical assessment testWhat You’ll Gain
