Hardware Support Engineer

A company is looking for a Hardware Support Engineer - Field Device Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot a fleet of security cameras and related devices

Manage installations of embedded systems and configure device networking

Support new location installations and validate device functionality post-installation

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in POSIX / Linux systems administration

Experience with firmware management for embedded devices or IoT hardware

Network troubleshooting skills, including TCP / IP and firewall configuration

Proficiency in command-line and bash / shell scripting for automation

Knowledge of POS integration and transaction data handling
