Here's a Taste of What You'll Be Doing

This role is for someone who loves culinary creativity and food science, with an eye for products that can scale to commercial production. The R&D Specialist supports the development and improvement of Food for Thought products through ingredient research, recipe creation, product testing, and team collaboration to ensure quality and production readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and refine recipes for new and existing products.
• Conduct ingredient research, sensory testing, and shelf-life evaluations.
• Collaborate with production on scaling and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and labeling information.
• Track market trends and propose ideas for product innovation.
• Prepare samples and reports to share findings with leadership.
