Product Owner

Qualifications :

• Experience : 3+ years as a Product Owner or similar role in software product development
• Agile Expertise : Proven success working in Agile / Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
• Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Technical Fluency : Comfortable with software development concepts, APIs, databases, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Backlog & Story Management : Skilled in writing user stories, managing backlogs, and refining requirements.
• Analytical Thinking : Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; adept at handling multiple priorities.
• Independence : Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Workforce management productivity tools is a big nice to have / plus!

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to help drive the development of our Faculty Scheduling Platform. In this role, you will serve as the embedded Product Owner within one Agile squad, acting as the day-to-day liaison between the Product Manager and cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, UX / UI design, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful features that enhance operational efficiency and user satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact digital product in the healthcare space.
