The Enterprise Services (ES) Procurement organization is seeking a strong candidate to join the Requisition Services team as an Analyst, Supply Chain Management. The Requisition Services team provides purchase requisition development, management, and closeout support for material, services, and software procurement. This role has close interaction with all stakeholders across the Procure to Pay value stream. The position is engaged in providing key support to process automation and process improvement activities in the procurement cycle.

What You Will Do

• This position supports the procurement of hardware, software, maintenance and outside service items charged to company overhead, capital and programs.
• Evaluate internal customer demand for material, software, and service for completeness and accuracy. Through independent analysis, determine the optimal approach to requisition setup to enable seamless downstream execution of the order.
• Prioritize workload, and create & release procurement requisitions into the company's business systems (APEX, PRISM, or SRM).
• Provide requisition issuance oversight and communication of status throughout the procurement cycle from requisition to purchase order to material receipt and through to invoice posting and payment.
• Interaction with internal stakeholders to facilitate the procurement to pay process, including identifying solutions to remove obstacles impeding the process.
