The Home Office Marketing Team plays a pivotal role in supporting local center owners, leading national marketing campaigns, and driving expansion across new locations.
We're seeking a Marketing Operations Manager a proactive, detail-oriented leader who thrives at the intersection of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. This high-impact role oversees the seamless delivery of national and franchise marketing initiatives, ensuring workflows run efficiently, timelines stay on track, and teams stay aligned.
As a key connector across marketing functions, you'll manage processes, budgets, and vendor relationships while keeping projects moving and performance optimized.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly inform stakeholders across departments of project statuses, highlighting milestones, potential roadblocks, budget considerations and scope changes to ensure cross functional alignment.
- Ensure processes are designed, documented, and understood by other departments to ensure support for marketing initiatives.
- Identify and address operational deficiencies prior to any negative impact upon company goals.
Project & Workflow Management
Collaborate with project owners, vendors, designers, copywriters, and email builders to ensure campaigns are executed on time and in brand voice.Track and report on process efficiency, effectiveness, and synergy across delivery channels.Lead project planning for national marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions, ensuring consistency across touchpoints.Develop and implement detailed project plans outlining key milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.Implement scalable systems and SOPs to improve team collaboration and campaign efficiency.Budget & Compliance
Manage and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring accurate forecasting, allocation, and tracking of expenses across campaigns, channels, and vendors.Ensure compliance across all marketing activities, including brand guidelines, legal requirements, co-op advertising standards, and franchisee usage.Oversee the review and approval processes to ensure campaigns and materials meet corporate standards and regulatory policies, while minimizing risk and maintaining brand integrity.Translate insights into recommendations that improve campaign effectiveness and budget efficiency.Campaign Execution
Support franchisee marketing operations by developing scalable training documents and templates.Develop marketing execution guides and operational playbooks to support campaign rollouts.Performance Monitoring & Reporting :
Track key project metrics : on-time delivery, campaign performance, and process improvements.Monitor marketing budgets, timelines, and vendor outputs to ensure alignment with KPIs.Manage and maintain digital asset libraries including photo, video, product imagery, and branded templates.Analyze internal and external data to design strategies that drive growth, improve efficiency, and inform key business decisions.Vendor & Partner Management :
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and scopes for marketing vendors and agency partners.Ensure clear communication and accountability between all collaborators.Required Skills :
3-5 years of marketing operations, marketing strategy, or integrated marketing experience, preferably in multi-location, franchise, or education-based brands.Proficiency in project management software (ex : Asuna, Wrike, Basecamp)Excellent project management and organizational skills.Detail-oriented and great at multi-tasking.Collaborative and team oriented.Strong initiative to improve projects and processes.Desired Skills :
Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics dashboards.Strong data-driven mindset; ability to turn analytics into actionable strategies.Tools and Equipment Used :
Personal computer, including word-processing, database, and spreadsheet programs; calculator, telephone, copier and / or fax machine.
