Pay : $25.00 – $50.00 / hour (DOE) + $7.00-16.00 / hour Bonuses + Full Benefits

Job Type : Full-Time

What You’ll Be Doing (Primary Job Function) :

You’ll perform service and maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems, delivering top-tier customer service and quality workmanship according to company standards.

Schedule :

Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Some overtime may be required

Rotating on-call schedule

What We’re Looking For :

Valid driver’s license with an insurable record

Must pass a background check and drug screening

Note : A positive marijuana result will not disqualify candidates, in accordance with Illinois law

Strong communication and customer service skills

3+ years of HVAC service experience

Certificate of completion from HVAC technical school

EPA Universal Certification

Nice-to-Haves (But Not Deal-Breakers) :

Military experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Professional demeanor and team mindset

Work Location :

On the road, servicing clients across Chicago and the North Shore.
