In Houston (77066), we’re growing and need a Service Writer who thrives at the front desk of a high-energy operation.

What You’ll Tackle
Greet customers and assess service needs with courtesy and professionalism.Accurately document customer information and repair requests in our system.Relay customer concerns and required work to technicians clearly and promptly.Provide transparent estimates and projected completion timelines.Follow up on job status and share additional recommendations as needed.Keep the service area clean and organized for a better customer experience.Address inquiries, issues, and complaints quickly and effectively.Assist with scheduling and coordinate the service calendar.What Makes You a Great Fit
High school diploma or equivalent; extra automotive tech schooling is a plus.Customer service experience, preferably in automotive or service operations.Strong written and verbal communication.Skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.Detail-driven with strong organizational habits.Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair preferred.Comfortable with computers and service management software.Positive outlook and eagerness to learn and advance.Top Benefits
