Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic advisor to the field team, aligning HR strategies with business objectives
Lead and advise on complex employee relations matters including investigations and conflict resolution
Drive workforce planning and organizational development initiatives while supporting change management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of progressive experience in human resources with a focus on employee relations
Proven leadership in managing employee relations issues across multi-state operations
Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
Ability to navigate fast-paced, high-growth environments
