What You'll Do

• Transform the complicated world of health insurance into clear concepts that support an effective renewal experience for Rippling clients
• Coordinate externally with carriers and internally with operations and implementation teams
• Facilitate mid-year plan changes and client consultations
• Evaluate opportunities to add additional lines of coverage at renewal
• Assist PEO clients with their annual insurance renewal

This role offers a competitive salary plus benefits and equity. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with location-based ranges; final offer amounts may vary.
