A rapidly expanding developer of energy infrastructure projects is seeking a dynamic Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise applications and ensure seamless user experiences across departments. With a slate of growing platforms and integrations, this high-impact role offers the opportunity to build from the ground up, modernize back-office systems, and partner directly with accounting, procurement, logistics, and engineering teams.

This is an onsite role based in either Austin or Houston, offering a chance to join a close-knit team making strategic improvements across a range of business applications. The role is ideal for someone excited about learning new tools, solving system problems, and being a go-to resource for application management.

Responsibilities

• System Access & Governance : Manage user accounts and permissions across multiple enterprise systems, aligning access with organizational policies and evolving user roles.
• Application Configuration & Maintenance : Support configurations including field setup, user preferences, workflow changes, and basic automation within platforms like ERP, forecasting, and vendor management tools.
• User Support & Troubleshooting : Act as the first line of support for system users, resolving access or functional issues, and escalating technical challenges as needed.
• Data Operations : Maintain integrity in system data through import / export tasks, validation checks, and light data cleanup to support reporting and decision-making.
• Reporting & System Performance Insights : Assist with generation of reports, usage tracking, and performance evaluations to ensure tools are serving the business effectively.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work alongside accounting, finance, procurement, and engineering departments to understand workflows and support their tech enablement.
• Documentation & Onboarding : Draft internal user guides and process documentation. Help train new employees on key applications and features.
