Our COE is dedicated to enhancing sales effectiveness, offering specialized expertise, optimizing operational processes, and elevating overall relationship management with innovative partners that deliver solutions in the Alternative Health Plan Space. As a Senior Proposal Consultant, you'll be instrumental in supporting the proposal development and sales presentation process for all Alternative Health Plan solutions offered through Meritain Health (e.g. SimplePay powered by Meritain Health). This position is a key driver of additional growth opportunities, where you will partner with Sales, Underwriting, Product, Marketing and other business partners in responding to new proposal requests. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Information (RFI) responses for complex proposals, questionnaires and surveys. The position requires a hands-on approach to resolving proposal issues through project management, research, data gathering and analysis. The position requires a high degree of attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment. This role sits within a nimble team of professionals with a proven ability to meet aggressive turnaround times and manage multiple projects in tandem.
