Key Responsibilities
Review contracts to identify key details such as document names and effective dates
Standardize and maintain contract files using established naming conventions
Upload, organize, and manage documents in a centralized repository for legal team accessibility
Qualifications
Previous experience in office administration or contract / document management (3+ years preferred)
Ability to read and interpret contract language to extract critical details
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and related tools
Self-motivated and able to complete assignments independently with minimal oversight
Openness to learning new systems and processes; internship or corporate experience is a plus
