Sales Executive - 100% Hunter Role For IT Managed Services
Remote position, but candidates must reside in or near Greenville, SC or Asheville, NC (including Spartanburg, Easley, or Hendersonville) to sell into the Upstate SC and Western NC markets.
$65K–$85K Base, $150K–$200K+ OTE - First year target total compensation (uncapped commissions)

We’re looking for a driven Sales Hunter to expand our footprint in the IT Managed Services space. This role is 100% new business development — no account management or client maintenance. You’ll be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new accounts across the region.
The ideal candidate has experience selling IT services or technical solutions (Managed Services, networking, servers, cloud, cybersecurity, software, or hardware) and thrives in a results-driven environment.
Required :
5+ years of B2B sales experience in IT sales
Proven track record as a Hunter — consistently hitting or exceeding new business targets.
Strong understanding of IT services (networking, servers, cloud, security, or desktop support).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and accountable, with the ability to succeed in a remote, independent role.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify, target, and close new business opportunities with organizations needing managed IT services and support.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused solely on new client acquisition.
Build and manage a strong pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and provided lead lists.
Conduct discovery meetings to assess prospect needs and propose customized IT solutions.
Present value-driven proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding handoff post-sale.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions.
Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management in CRM (Salesforce experience preferred).
