Our client, National Organization that specializes in systems that are customized for their clients. This HR Coordinator will report to the Director of HR. Onsite position - Mercer County, New Jersey. This position is an on-site position.
Assisting the HR Department with :
- Correspondence
- Onboarding
- Recruitment
- On-Campus Recruitment Fairs
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of experience working in an HR department; or worked an internship within an HR department.Experience with HRIS systems and / or strong technical abilitiesExceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail, organization, and discretion when handling confidential information.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and HR software -
