Our client, a mission-focused housing organization, is seeking a temporary Senior HR Generalist to support their Employee Experience team in Arlington, VA!

About the Job :

• Primarily focus on open enrollment and HRIS administration.
• Handle the Open Enrollment event and manage all benefit plan changes and administration.
• Maintain the HRIS system, oversee any updates or troubleshooting, and process changes.
• Manage compliance for anything benefit-related and maintain knowledge of trends, regulatory changes, and other relevant HR-related developments.
• Collaborate and contribute to the department's goals through additional tasks as requested.
