HR Generalist- $36 / hr-$40 / hr - DC

Our client, an association, is seeking a temporary to permanent People and Culture Specialist to foster an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing workplace at their Washington, DC office!

About the Job :

Support culture initiatives and analyze feedback in order to enhance workplace culture and experience.

Assist with talent acquisition, onboarding, and training, while ensuring fair and inclusive hiring practices.

Manage documentation on the HRIS and SharePoint. Ensure files are organized and maintained based on the retention plan.

Provide support for the Director for open enrollment and monthly benefit payments.

Perform additional tasks to contribute to the culture and productivity of the workplace as required.

About You :

4+ years of strong human resource generalist or people operations experience.

SHRM-CP or other certifications are preferred.

Knowledge of Paycom and other HRIS with a technical savviness is highly desired.

Strong interpersonal skills with an eye for detail and ability to effectively multitask and prioritize.

About the Position :

Pays $36 / hr-$40 / hr

Temporary to permanent position.

If converted to permanent, $75k-$85k.

Hours are 9am-5 : 30pm.

Hybrid with 3 days / week on site in Washington, DC.
