Hours : Approximately 10 hours / week

Duties :

• Be on-site two days a week at Family Tree clinic (New ICM Location) at 1919 Nicollet Ave. Minneapolis.
• On-site hours are :
• Thursday 4 : 00 p.m. - 9 : 00 p.m.
• Friday 9 : 00 a.m. - 1 : 00 p.m.
• Review the schedule in Jane EMR weekly to ensure proper patient bookings and cancellations.
• Checking voicemails two days a week and returning patient calls on Teams Phone.
• Checking patients in and registering new patients in Jane while on-site.
• Assist with proper paper work distribution to patients when arriving for appointments (new patient forms, informed consents, HIPAA privacy forms etc.)
• Assist providers with the set up and taken down of the clinic weekly.
• Assist in the closing procedures of the clinic on Thursday nights.
