Hospice Home Health RN East Hartford, CT

Sunbelt is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse for a 13-week home health contract in East Hartford, CT, with potential for extension. This role focuses on providing compassionate, end-of-life care to patients in the home setting, collaborating with the hospice team to ensure comfort and quality of life.

Schedule & Shifts :

MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Full-time, 40 hours / week

Hospice patient focus no OASIS documentation required

Requirements :

Current RN license in Connecticut

Minimum 1 year of home health or hospice nursing experience preferred

Skilled in patient / family education, symptom management, and care coordination

Comfortable working independently in a patients home
