About The Role
Join the KNS Creative Team dedicated to impactful storytelling and distinct brand presence across a dynamic multi-brand portfolio. Own the creative vision and storytelling for all brands. You'll set the strategic direction, translating business objectives into powerful creative narratives and measurable performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define brand storytelling frameworks and campaign concepts.
- Direct creative quality, consistency, and alignment across all brands and channels.
- Collaborate with senior marketing leaders and brand presidents to meet business and revenue goals.
- Mentor and manage the creative team, ensuring efficient resource use and team development.
- Evaluate creative performance, continuously refining strategies based on analytics and insights.
