CNC Programmer (Mastercam Focus)

Job Description :

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented CNC Programmer with strong Mastercam experience to join our team. You’ll be responsible for programming CNC machines to produce precision parts and components, translating blueprints into efficient, accurate toolpaths. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take pride in producing high-quality work, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities :

Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam for milling and / or turning operations.

Review and interpret blueprints, models, and technical drawings to determine machining requirements.

Select proper tooling, feeds, and speeds to ensure precision and efficiency.

Work closely with machinists and production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve setups.

Verify programs through simulations and test runs, making adjustments as needed.

Maintain organized program files and documentation.

Support continuous improvement of machining processes and workflows.

Flexibility to work overtime, evenings, or weekends as needed.

Qualifications :

Strong experience with Mastercam (required).

Solid understanding of CNC machining principles, tooling, and setup.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.

Familiarity with shop measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Team player with strong problem-solving skills and communication.

Pay range will vary depending upon experience $21.00 - $26.00
