A company is looking for a Customer Operations Representative.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage customer inquiries including order entry, pricing, and product availability
Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and manufacturing to ensure effective communication and service
Train and mentor other customer operation representatives while adhering to standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications :
High School Diploma / GED
2+ years of comparable customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Advanced order management skills and knowledge of customer service SOPs
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
