Vice President - Commercial Lines

We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented people for our Vice President position. The Vice President supports customers and the brokerage team by :
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Creating renewal strategies in consultation with the principals of the firm
- Analyzing insurance exposure and claims data
- Directing supporting team members to coordinate service offering to your specific customers
- Leading marketing efforts for customer renewals
- Analyzing coverage and coverage documents
Requirements :
Education : Bachelor's degree required, advanced degrees and designations a plus (MBA, J.D., C.P.A.)Experience : 7 10 years of professional experience required, insurance industry experience a plusSuperior communication skills (written and verbal)Attention to detailComfort with negotiating directly with underwritersCommitment to learning and developing skills and knowledgeStrong math / analytical skillsStrong command of technologySuperior skills with MS Office, specifically MS ExcelCompensation :
The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000. The offer will depend on the geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
