As we move into our summer season, we are searching for a Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent to join our team of professionals. Our ideal candidate has a background in the hospitality industry, specifically, experience as a hotel Front Desk / Guest Services Agent. Working closely with the General Manager, our Front Desk Agent is the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest has a superior experience throughout their stay.

Job Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Manage room reservations (in-person, by phone, or online)
• Answer guest inquiries and resolve complaints
• Provide information about the hotel, services, and local attractions
• Handle billing and payment transactions
• Maintain front desk security and confidentiality
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
