State Licensed Senior Litigation Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Counsel - Litigation, Legal Policy & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute legal strategies related to policy litigation and emerging laws

Provide legal counsel to various business functions and assist in drafting communications and related materials

Manage outside counsel and coordinate internal efforts to meet litigation requirements within budget

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's and J.D. degree with an active license to practice law

Minimum of 8 years of post-JD experience as a practicing attorney

Experience managing complex litigation and developing strategies at a global company or top law firm

Experience litigating constitutional claims and regulatory challenges

Qualified to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship
