Overview
We are searching for a Human Resources Operations Manager who will be responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and implementation of Mia's day-to-day operations of human resource programs including (but not limited to) benefits, leaves of absence, occupational health and safety, compliance and HR reporting, compensation, and special projects. The ideal candidate has a passion to create competitive, equitable and inclusive HR programs that contribute to a great company culture, identifies new or improved operational efficiencies, minimizes employment risks, and delivers an exceptional Employee Experience.
