Responsibilities :

• Maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Lead and conduct the annual Management Review Meeting.
• Manage Corrective Action / Preventive Action reports.
• Promote quality achievements and performance improvements across the plant and organization.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, and QC Lab teams in evaluating customer return materials (RGAs).
• Perform root cause analysis.
• Assist Purchasing in Supplier Evaluations and customer questionnaire submissions.
• Visit customer facilities to sort materials and liaise with Customer Quality Control departments as needed.
• Review and approve Plant Work Orders for release; collaborate with Sales on concession requests.
• Reclassify Plant Work Orders and nonconforming products as necessary.
• Support Production and Finishing departments in resolving nonconforming products.
• Coach and develop the Quality team.
• Assist HR in creating and revising job descriptions and providing training.
• Serve as liaison during customer audits and maintain awareness of customer-specific product specifications.
• Oversee all internal ISO 9001 audits.
• Conduct monthly Quality Control meetings to review quality objectives and metrics.
• Write technical procedures, work instructions, forms, and reports.
• Perform capability studies for R&D / Technical Services.
• Exhibit a positive attitude reflecting the SFC team values.
• Support and implement policies and procedures, including the Quality Management System.
• Perform projects or assignments as directed by the Plant Manager.
