Key Responsibilities
Manage and direct the delivery of workplace services, operations, and asset planning
Ensure compliance with contract obligations and maintain effective client relationships
Develop financial plans for cost control and oversee budget preparation and reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial property or facility management
Experience in project / construction management and human resource processes
Certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Certified Property Manager (CPM) preferred
Strong financial management skills and knowledge of financial systems
