Key Responsibilities
- Own the Digital Department : Oversee all digital deliverables across multiple client accountsfrom concept through completionincluding social, blogs, PR, and paid campaigns.
- Manage Projects End-to-End : Build and maintain ClickUp project boards, track deliverables, and hold creative, design, and production teams accountable to deadlines.
- Lead Client Communication : Act as the main point of contact for multiple clients, managing Slack channels, feedback loops, and campaign approvals with speed and clarity.
- Creative Oversight : Direct the creation of high-impact social and digital content; guide video editors, designers, and copywriters to ensure every deliverable aligns with brand strategy.
- PR & Visibility : Drive brand awareness through media outreach, podcast placement, guest blogging, and collaborationsboth for clients and for CLOSINGDAY leadership.
- Performance Analysis : Track KPIs, analyze campaign data, and present actionable insights for improvement. You dont just reportyou refine and optimize.
- Trend Awareness : Stay ahead of algorithms, cultural shifts, and emerging platforms. You live online and know whats coming next.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work directly with the CEO, Creative Director, and Client Success Director to ensure alignment between brand, performance, and revenue.
- Community Engagement : Manage social communities with agilityrespond to DMs, comments, and feedback fast, ensuring each interaction reflects our clients voice and values.
- Operational Mastery : Keep Dropbox folders pristine, campaign documentation updated, and communication flowing. No dropped balls. Ever.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, client management, or content strategy , preferably in an agency setting.Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven success managing multiple client projects simultaneouslyon time, on budget, and above standard.Advanced knowledge of ClickUp, Google Workspace, social scheduling platforms, analytics dashboards, and PR distribution tools.Strong understanding of social storytelling, digital media, SEO, and brand positioning.Data-driven mindset : You can turn analytics into strategy and strategy into results.Fierce communicatordirect, clear, and confident. You can lead clients and teams.Must thrive in a high-speed, in-person environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.Comfortable working closely with leadership daily; this is an all-hands-on-deck culture.Hungry for growththe right candidate will have a clear upward path into leadership as the agency scales.Culture & Expectations
