Bankruptcy Manager

A company is looking for a Bankruptcy Manager to direct and manage the Bankruptcy Department operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Manage staff and operations, including hiring, training, and performance monitoring

Handle escalated bankruptcy cases and collaborate with attorney firms on litigated matters

Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve bankruptcy processes

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent work experience; bachelor's degree preferred

Five plus years of experience in a bankruptcy role within the banking, finance, or mortgage industry preferred

Three plus years in a supervisory or management role
