Senior Designer (Web + Brand)
At Boundary, you won’t just design, you’ll define.
You’ll lead projects where strategy meets storytelling. Where your ideas shape brands and influence user behavior. You’ll have the autonomy to experiment, the trust to take creative risks, and the support of a team that obsesses over design and business outcomes.
You’ll work with globally recognized brands as well as names the world hasn’t met yet, but will. You’ll turn abstract ideas into bold, intuitive digital experiences. You’ll set the creative bar, mentor other designers, present to clients, and elevate projects from good to great.

What you’ll do on the daily :
- Concept, design, and prototype digital experiences that merge utility with emotion.
- Collaborate directly with clients to translate business goals into elegant UX and brand systems.
- Lead and participate in design sprints with PMs, developers, and creative peers.
- Provide direction and critique that elevates the team’s thinking.
- Present your work with conviction — not as decoration, but as design with a measurable purpose.
- Ensure designs translate cleanly from Figma to code.
What makes you a good fit :
5+ years crafting digital experiences in-house or at a creative agency.Deep fluency in UX / UI and e-commerce design principles.Experience creating modular, scalable design systems.Strategic thinking : you design for outcomes, not aesthetics.Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a creative team with clarity.Expert in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Excellent communicator — articulate, persuasive, calm under pressure.Bonus points if you :
Have a background in branding or identity design.Have designed medical or AI-driven interfaces.Know your way around motion tools like After Effects or Principle.Enjoy staying on the cutting ege of AI design toolsAbout Boundary
