What youll do on the daily :

• Concept, design, and prototype digital experiences that merge utility with emotion.
• Collaborate directly with clients to translate business goals into elegant UX and brand systems.
• Lead and participate in design sprints with PMs, developers, and creative peers.
• Provide direction and critique that elevates the teams thinking.
• Present your work with conviction not as decoration, but as design with a measurable purpose.
• Ensure designs translate cleanly from Figma to code.
