Maintenance Supervisor

What You’ll Do :

• Lead and motivate a skilled Union Maintenance Team to deliver top-notch maintenance and repairs.
• Drive preventive maintenance programs using Maintenance software to keep production efficient.
• Manage equipment moves, upgrades, and removals per Process Change Requests (PCR).
• Oversee spare parts inventory and purchasing to avoid downtime.
• Prioritize tasks to minimize production impact and schedule overtime when needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety training and company policies.
• Conduct performance reviews, manage time cards in ADP, and foster a positive team culture.
• Stop production if safety or quality concerns arise—your judgment matters!

What We’re Looking For :

✅ 2+ years of supervisory experience in maintenance or manufacturing.

✅ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

✅ Ability to read and interpret technical prints; PLC knowledge is a plus.

✅ Familiarity with maintenance software and inventory management.

✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
