A company is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Representative for the IHA Scheduling Team.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule health assessment visits
Address customer needs, complaints, and provide solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction
Utilize software and tools to meet call center metrics and provide excellent customer service
Required Qualifications :
2+ years of call center experience in a target-driven environment
Experience in an outbound sales process is a plus
Must possess a Windows-based laptop / desktop with video-calling capabilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including possible Saturday hours
Proficiency in MS Office applications and data entry skills
