Imagine360 is currently seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join the team! The Senior Project Manager for Care Navigation will be primarily responsible for managing and directing key enterprise projects, with a focus on supporting strategic initiatives touching member experience, care navigation and clinical programs. Core responsibilities include understanding business requirements, creating project plans, leading teams, and coordinating with multiple cross-functional departments to deliver successful projects. The Senior Project Manager will support complex strategic initiatives, including discovery and planning, scoping and ROI modeling to support refinement of business strategy and objectives in advance of project execution.
Position Location : 100% Remote
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Support enhancing our member experience through strategic initiatives geared towards developing and enhancing our products and services with a focus on member experience, care navigation and clinical programs.
- Develop subject matter expertise across our member journey including member access to care, healthcare needs and clinical support.
- Support member and clinical teams with process design, implementation and training for best in class member experience and care navigation.
- Understand general business requirements and intended outcomes and translate them into specific project requirements. Manage interdependencies between business, operations, and technology needs.
- Gather, document, and present business requirements and obtain sign off.
- Prepare detailed project plans and materials based on business requirements gathered to drive all phases of the project.
- Identify all internal / external resources required to drive strategic initiatives successfully. Assign roles and responsibilities, deadlines, and prepare estimates.
- Provide leadership and guidance to teams enabling team members to understand their tasks fully and act on them efficiently. Facilitate communication and interaction between teams and across departments as needed.
- Collaborate with project teams to re-assess project requirements and re-define timelines, as appropriate. Manage project scope and changes.
- Ensure risks and issues are identified as soon as possible and take steps to prevent and resolve them. Ensure quality assurance is part of every phase of the project.
- Monitor and summarize progress of initiatives. Prepare status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across key stakeholders.
- Ensure documentation is created and remains current to promote appropriate use of processes and ongoing training needs.
Required Experience / Education :
Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration preferred or related field5+ years of experience in healthcare product, operations or project role5+ years of experience developing, enhancing or supporting member navigation or concierge, clinical care, healthcare services, operations or productsSkills and Abilities
Experience in healthcare operations or health plan solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and flowchart softwareStrong collaboration and presentation skillsLicense or Certification :
