Senior Project Manager
My client is one of the biggest names in St. Louis construction doing roughly $700M in annual revenue. The Senior Project Manager will work directly with the VP of the company's building division on a large-scale, $40M project, and will also help mentor / train junior staff.
Job Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to execution and closeout.
- Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure project alignment.
- Oversee procurement processes and ensure materials and resources are delivered as required.
- Lead project teams, providing guidance and resolving any issues that arise during execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.

A successful Senior Project Manager should have :
