This outpatient-based PTA position involves working in community clinics with a patient volume of approximately 12-14 patients daily, with productivity expectations of 60 visits per week. The schedule features day shifts from 8 am to 5 pm, with 40 guaranteed hours per week. Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population in accordance with physician plan of care\nAssess patient conditions and develop customized rehabilitation plans\nDocument patient progress accurately and efficiently\nSupport patients in improving mobility, strength, and functional independence\nCollaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes\nMaintain compliance with all clinic policies and safety standards\nFloat to other clinics within the network when needed to ensure continuity of care\nComply with all licensing, certification, and documentation requirements\n\n
