A company is looking for a Project Accounting Coordinator to join their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the project billing process, including invoicing and client communications
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients to ensure timely billing and collections
Coordinate project set-up, billing edits, and support documentation for client invoices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant experience
Entry-level position; prior experience in accounting / finance is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience in the engineering / construction or services industry required
Knowledge of accounting systems such as Deltek Vision
