Your role as a Valet Trash Foreman

As a Part Time Valet Trash Foreman at Recycle NOW, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to excellence in valet doorstep trash collection. Working closely with the local supervisor, you will ensure that pickups within your assigned territory are completed to the highest standard. When team members are unavailable, you will take the lead in performing nightly trash pickups at apartment properties.

In addition, your responsibilities will include conducting walk-throughs of properties with service issues to uphold quality control and performing courtesy check-ins with onsite team members to foster a culture of service excellence. Your leadership and attention to detail will be key in ensuring our operations run smoothly, making a positive impact in the community we serve.

What you need to be successful

To be successful as a Part Time Valet Trash Foreman with Recycle NOW, candidates should possess a range of essential skills and attributes. Being self-motivated and reliable is critical, as you will need to work independently during your shifts. Physical capability is important, as the role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lb. A valid pickup truck is necessary, and you'll utilize your vehicle for trash collection while benefiting from mileage reimbursement. Familiarity with smartphone technology is essential, as you will need to effectively use the company app for timekeeping and tracking collections.

While no prior experience is required, the ability to quickly learn and adapt is key, and paid training will ensure you're well-prepared for the role. Your commitment to quality and attention to detail will contribute significantly to maintaining our high standards.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

• Must have a pickup truck - mileage reimbursement!
• Hourly Pay : $20 / hr
• Need to have availability from 7PM-12AM
• Sunday -Thursday
• Approximately 20 hours per week
• No experience required
• Weekly Pay!
