About the Job

We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer with a strong focus on performance, load, and stress testing to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, implement, and execute performance test frameworks and scenarios that ensure the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of Keeper's applications and infrastructure. This position will collaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to identify performance bottlenecks, establish performance baselines, and help shape performance engineering best practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated performance test suites for Keeper's applications and backend services
• Plan and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing to validate system performance under varying conditions
• Build performance test frameworks and pipelines integrated with CI / CD environments
• Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and work with development teams to optimize system performance
• Develop and maintain test data, scenarios, and reporting dashboards for continuous visibility into performance metrics
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to establish performance benchmarks and SLAs
• Use monitoring tools and profiling techniques to identify system-level performance issues (CPU, memory, I / O, latency)
• Provide recommendations and documentation on performance improvements and testing strategies
