Job Title : Office Manager
Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM
Pay : $19 per hour
Benefits : Eligible after 1 year of service
Work Location : In-Office | Owings Mills, MD
Position Summary
Under limited supervision, the Office Manager provides a variety of administrative and clerical services to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires a thorough knowledge of departmental practices and procedures, as well as responsibility for maintaining a clean, welcoming office environment.
Principal Responsibilities and Tasks
Administrative Duties :
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Receive and distribute communications; collect and send correspondence.
- Copy, file, and maintain important records and documents.
- Field incoming calls, answer questions, and forward messages as needed.
- Maintain organized paper and electronic filing systems.
- Order and manage office / clinical supplies and equipment, including related expense tracking.
- Perform other clerical tasks as assigned.
Light Housekeeping Duties :
Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms and kitchen / staff lounge.Clean fridge and freezer once per week.Vacuum all office and day room areas at the beginning and end of shift.Ensure shared spaces remain neat, sanitary, and welcoming for staff and visitors.Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of clerical and / or administrative experience.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional.Must have reliable transportation.Job Type : Full-time
