We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves providing exceptional service to a dedicated group of clients while ensuring all inquiries and issues are addressed efficiently. Based in The Colony, Texas, this position offers flexibility with occasional in-office requirements.
Responsibilities :
- Provide dedicated support to an assigned group of clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and manage client tickets in the system, maintaining timely follow-ups and resolutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries via email and other communication platforms, delivering clear and accurate responses.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and provide solutions while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Utilize multi-browser environments effectively to navigate and resolve client concerns.
- Maintain organized records and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Demonstrate adaptability by multitasking and prioritizing workloads in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve processes.
- Participate in occasional in-office meetings or activities as needed.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Strong ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- Proficiency in using multiple browsers and handling email correspondence.
- Familiarity with basic Excel functions and data management.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve connectivity challenges.
