The responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to the following :

• Follow safety procedures and expectations which include knowledge of hazards and necessary precautions for assigned tool set(s) and following Lock out / Tag Out procedures. Adhere to all clean room protocols and procedures.
• Monitor equipment in the area and be familiar with equipment and process related issues within the module.
• Perform preventative, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance proficiently with “root-cause” solutions for all repairs.
• Develop model-based troubleshooting plans for extended tool downs.
• Perform data analysis of tool performance on assigned tool, propose improvements and drive improvement activities based on this data.
• Use Statistical Process Control (SPC) to troubleshoot and determine the health of tools in the area.
• Maintain a clean working area and follow 5S principles during repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed.
• Ability and willingness to share expert knowledge with younger technicians and engineers to help elevate the overall capability of the group.

Skills and Experience

For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and / or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
