Operations Specialist

Job Title : Leasing Operations Specialist (6-Month Contract)

Location : Hicksville, NY (Fully Onsite)

Start Date : ASAP

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM

Contract Length : 6 months (covering a leave; potential for extension, no conversion to permanent)

Join a dynamic leasing operations team that manages the full lifecycle of leases and loans—from booking to payoff. This role focuses on servicing and payment posting, with a mix of customer service and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Customer Service (25%) : Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail requests from clients.
• Payment Processing (25%) : Post payments (check, wire, ACH, internal transfer) to the sub-ledger, ensuring accuracy.
• Cash Reconciliation (20%) : Support the funding team in reconciling daily cash disbursements.
• Billing Support (20%) : Assist with internal and public funding billing processes.
• Administrative Tasks (10%) : Perform general office duties as needed.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00 / hr.
