Therapy Smarts, Inc is a therapist-owned private pediatric outpatient clinic providing SLP, PT, OT, psychological evaluations, and ABA services to children of all ages and diagnoses in the Raleigh-Durham area. Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years experience in ABA, including intervention development and implementation for children and adolescents.
• Licensed by the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board (NCBALB).
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• 1+ year supervisory experience with BT or RBT preferred.
• Experience in training, mentoring, and supporting a team in an intensive treatment environment preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive, problem-solver, organized, and a team player.

Schedule & Benefits :
