We are headquartered in Chicago and have a beautiful office overlooking Millennium Park and Lake Michigan in a hybrid work environment model (2-3 days in office / week).
The Media Manager will be accountable for the setup, QA & optimization of our client's media campaigns, particularly paid social. They will work closely with our internal Creative & Analytics teams on asset management and reporting, and will own the budget planning process as well as the creative mix within social channels campaigns. Key functions :
- Develop, implement and optimize campaigns for assigned accounts
- Identify asset requirements and specifications required to create a high-performing experience across programs
- Day-to-day program management including targeting, developing keyword sets, bid management, tactics, and audiences
- Ensure all budgets, ads, and ad copy have proper approvals, including secondary QA for all newly launched media
- Audit and provide gap assessments for assets
- Gather metrics and provide key insights into performance, including all client reports, ensuring timeliness for completion and accuracy
- Ensure campaigns reach or exceed campaign objectives through data-driven techniques and practices
- Communicate campaign performance and status to key stakeholders

Perks, Salary & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - 85,000 USD. This is a good-faith estimate of the base pay scale for this position and any potential offers will ultimately be determined based on experience, education, skill set, and performance in the interview process.
