What This Job Involves :

We are seeking a talented Report & Data Visualization Developer to join our Space Data Insights team, specializing in Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) and Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software solutions. This role will develop and maintain standardized reports and dashboards that drive data-driven decision-making for workplace management and portfolio optimization across JLL's global portfolio.

Your Day-To-Day Tasks Will Include :

• Develop and maintain standardized reports and dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, and other enterprise visualization tools for IWMS / CAFM data
• Create interactive visualizations that transform complex space utilization data into actionable insights
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to create reports measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) for workspace efficiency and facility optimization
• Design user-friendly dashboards supporting strategic decision-making for space planning and facility operations
• Follow software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles and formal change management controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Enhance automation of reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
• Build trusted relationships with occupancy planners and business stakeholders through clear communication and compelling data storytelling

Estimated Compensation For This Position :

95,000.00 105,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
