Build Collective brand loyalty by striving to ensure resident interaction is positiveProvide exceptional customer service to our residents, prospects, and property ownersFollow and adhere to all Fair Housing LawsEnsure the propertys interior and exterior areas have clean and high-quality appearanceManage vendor relationships for our propertiesPrepare all vacant apartments for move in through turn over repairs and improvementsOrganize and manage maintenance shop, inventory, and toolsComplete all service requests in a timely and professional mannerQualifications
Maintenance experiencePrevious multi-family experience preferredCustomer service experience preferredKnowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required
