• Windows Server administration (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022)
• Active Directory (AD), Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, ADFS, Azure AD
• Virtualization : VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, Citrix XenServer
• Patch management & compliance : WSUS, SCCM, BigFix, Ivanti
• Automation : PowerShell scripting, Ansible, Terraform
• High availability & disaster recovery : Windows Failover Clustering, Client, Always On, Veeam, SRM
• Security hardening & compliance : CIS benchmarks, ISO 27001, RBAC, PKI, NIST standards
• Backup & recovery solutions : NetBackup, Commvault, Veeam Performance tuning, event log analysis, and BSOD troubleshooting
• Cloud technologies : Azure, AWS, hybrid Wintel environments
• ITIL processes : Incident, Problem, Change, RCA, Service Improvement Plans (SIP)
• Team leadership & stakeholder management
